I'm Olivia

I know this journey intimately because I’ve lived it. I was trapped in cycles of co-dependency, love addiction, and seeking validation in relationships that never truly saw me. I knew how to force pleasure, how to perform it—but surrender? Actually receiving from my body? That was foreign to me. Sex often felt like something I endured, rather than something that awakened me. My body held generations of conditioning, trauma, and shame around desire.

Breaking free didn’t happen through mindset shifts alone. It took deep, somatic, ancestral, and energetic healing—through Tantra, Theta Healing, and breaking the patterns of my lineage. I unraveled the beliefs passed down from my family, the silent rules around sex, love, and power that shaped me without my consent.
