Matthew & Olivia are going to get real, raw and vulnerable around sex, love and relationships.

You’ll get a chance to practice becoming more in tune with your desires and intuitively explore them through your body-mind connection.

Next, you’ll partake in breathwork that will re-connect you to your most powerful, creative and healing energy. You will learn how to refine your sexual energy and use it to manifest more intimacy, connection and love in your life.

We’ll finish the night off with some integration, mingling and music. Singles and lovers welcome.

Master of Clinical and Counselling Psychology, Spirituality, Mind, Body Institute (Columbia University). Business owner, workshop and retreat host, healer, and personal trainer.

Matthew is enamored by the way humans relate; believing that relationships hold the power to witness ourselves on a deeper level. A decade of exploration of the outer world, allowed Matthew to develop his own perspective deeper, enhancing what it means to live in truth. Matthew follows a holistic perspective towards health; knowing that the harmony in our state of living, is a direct reflection to the way in which we honor and heal our body. The purpose of Matthew’s work is to support and guide others to embody the Four A’s: Acceptance, Accountability, Alignment and Action. The moment you step into your truth, a new future is opened to you, one unbridled by fear and led by courage.
